These Terms of Use govern the use of the Chezo Laundry website at laundry.chezo.africa as well as the use of our laundry services. By accessing this website or booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Scope of Services

Chezo Laundry offers professional laundry, cleaning and ironing services with pickup and delivery in Accra, Ghana. The exact scope and prices are individually agreed upon when placing an order.

3. Placing an Order

Orders can be placed by phone, WhatsApp or email. A binding contract is formed upon our written or verbal confirmation of the order.

4. Pickup and Delivery

Pickup and delivery take place at the agreed times.
The customer shall ensure that someone is available for pickup and delivery or that an alternative handover arrangement is agreed upon.
Chezo Laundry is not liable for damage caused by improper handling by the customer prior to handover.

5. Garment Care

We treat all garments with care in accordance with their care labels. For garments without care labels or with special requirements, we recommend informing us in advance. Chezo Laundry is not liable for damage to garments caused by missing or illegible care labels.

6. Payment

Payment is made by cash or mobile payment service (e.g. Mobile Money) as agreed. Prices are communicated individually and include applicable taxes.

7. Complaints

Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by email or phone. We will endeavour to find a prompt and fair resolution.
